Surf Trip Schedule

5 days - 4 nights

Day 2 — Dawn Patrol + Chill + Coaching

• Early surf at the day’s best break

• Post-surf coconuts, beach time & photos

• Lunch and rest

• Second surf session

• Evening: dinner and video analysis with Romi

Day 3 — Scar Reef Area + Waterfall Visit

• Early surf around Scar Reef (spot depends on swell)

• Options: Scar Reef shoulder, Little Reef, Yoyo's, Tropical Bay

• Picnic lunch on the beach

• Waterfall visit + swimming

• Sunset

• Family BBQ dinner + video analysis

Day 1 – Lombok → Sumbawa

• Morning pickup from Paradise Surf School Lombok (Kuta, Lombok)

• Scenic drive through Lombok + ferry crossing to Sumbawa

• Check in to our partner bungalow stay

• Surf briefing + personal surf goal setting

Day 5 — Final Surf & Journey

We’ll be staying at Whales & Waves Sumbawa, a relaxed surf lodge close to the best waves in the area. Comfortable rooms, a laid-back atmosphere, and the perfect base to rest, eat together, and recharge between surf sessions.

What level is this surf trip for?

This trip is designed for beginner to intermediate surfers. You should already be comfortable paddling, standing up, and riding green waves. Our instructors adapt sessions to the group and daily conditions.

Do I need experience surfing reef breaks?

No prior reef experience is required. We carefully choose the surf spots based on conditions and your level, and every session includes guidance, safety briefings, and spot selection by our local instructors.

Is surf equipment included?

Yes. All surf equipment is included, including board and leash. If you prefer to bring your own board, you are more than welcome.

How many people are in the group?

Groups are kept small (3–6 surfers) to ensure personal coaching, safety, and a relaxed experience both in and out of the water.

What is the accommodation like?

We stay in a comfortable surf accommodation close to the surf spots. You can choose between a shared room (14M IDR) or a private single room (16M IDR). Availability for single rooms is limited.

Are meals included?

Yes. 3 meals a day are included throughout the trip — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We enjoy relaxed, family-style dinners together after surf sessions.

How do we get to Sumbawa?

We travel together from Lombok by ferry and car. All transport during the trip, including the ferry crossing, is included in the package.

Is photo and video included?

Yes. The trip includes surf photos and drone footage, plus video review sessions so you can see your progress and receive personalized feedback.

What happens if the surf conditions are not perfect?

We stay flexible and adapt the schedule to the best possible conditions. With multiple surf spots in the area, we can usually find suitable waves. Safety and fun always come first.
